Transaction difficulties?
Internet Explorer users...
Depending upon your settings Internet Explorers security features can prevent the payment page from loading correctly. This can result in a transaction failure.
Work around:
Internet Explorer displays the Information Bar just below the address bar where you can see information about downloads, blocked pop-up windows, and other alerts. To allow the payment page to load correctly please click the "Information Bar" and then click "Allow Blocked Content"
PayPal Shopping Cart does not appear to be working

Java Script
PayPal requires Javascript to operate successfully on your computer. Please ensure that javascripting is enabled in your web browser and the latest version of java installed. It can be downloaded from here... http://java.com/en/
PoPUpBlocker
The PayPal website may have to be added to your PopUp blocker allow list.
Please allow the domain https://www.paypal.com
Cookies
To access secure websites like PayPal.com, your web browser must be configured to accept cookies.
To enable cookies, follow the steps below for your specific web browser.
For Internet Explorer version 5.5 and earlier:
- From the Tools menu, click Internet Options
Select the Security tab and click Custom Level
There will be a section labelled Cookies
- In the section labelled Cookies, make sure both types are Enabled and click OK
For Internet Explorer version 6.0:
- Go to Start in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen
Select Settings and then Control Panel
In Control Panel, open the Internet Options programme
Click Privacy.
Click Advanced
Tick the 'Override automatic cookie handling' tickbox
Enable Always allow session cookies
Click OK and close the Internet Options windows
- Close Internet Explorer completely and reload it to try again.
For Windows XP:
- Open your Internet Explorer browser.
Click Tools menu located at the top of the browser and select Internet Options
Click Privacy located at the top of the window
Click Edit located near the bottom of the window
On the line provided, type https://www.paypal.com/ and click Allow
Click OK to exit all windows
- Close Internet Explorer completely and reload it to try again.

and look at the article "How do I enable cookies".
PayPal Shopping Cart Errors
I get the error message - "Shopping Cart uploads can only contain one character set.
For more information, please contact the merchant."
If you receive this error message, please remove all items from your shopping cart by setting the quantities to zero and then click the update cart button. This should resolve the issue. Please then continue shopping and add your items again. If you to continue to experience this error please let me know.
